Ingredients (to serve 2 as an appetizer)

4 large shrimps
4 large scallops
4 pieces kanikama (imitations crab, available at Japanese as well as most grocery stores)
2 green onions
3-4 mushrooms
50cc(approx.) Mye’s Miso Dressing
½ lemon
Parsley for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cut scallops in half, so they will cook through more quickly. Peel and de-vein the shrimp. Slice kanikama in half. Slice green onions into 3 cm slices. Slice the mushrooms.
  2. Into a large frying pan, over high heat, toss in the above five ingredients, immediately add Mye’s Miso dressing, and fry for about 2 minutes. Serve immediately.

NOTE: Adding oils for flavoring is unnecessary, as Mye’s Miso Dressing will retain its essence with cooking
