Pork & Bean Sprout Salad

Ingredients (4 servings)

400 g thinly sliced roast pork
300 g bean sprouts
1 cucumber
Grated daikon (white radish)
Grated ginger
2-3 green onions, chopped
100 ml Mye’s Miso Dressing

 
  1. Bring water to boil in large pot and add a little salt. Boil bean sprouts for approximately 10 seconds, place in cold water immediately, then drain.
  2. Slice or julienne cucumber into thin strips. On a large platter, place bean sprouts, cucumber, then sliced pork. Place grated daikon and ginger and chopped green onions on top of the pork and let cool in refrigerator.
  3. Top with Mye’s Miso Dressing just before serving.
