Ingredients (4 servings)
400 g thinly sliced roast pork
300 g bean sprouts
1 cucumber
Grated daikon (white radish)
Grated ginger
2-3 green onions, chopped
100 ml Mye’s Miso Dressing
- Bring water to boil in large pot and add a little
salt. Boil bean sprouts for approximately 10 seconds, place in cold
water immediately, then drain.
- Slice or julienne cucumber into thin strips. On a
large platter, place bean sprouts, cucumber, then sliced pork. Place
grated daikon and ginger and chopped green onions on top of the pork
and let cool in refrigerator.
- Top with Mye’s Miso Dressing just before serving.
