Easy-to-make Meat Balls using Mye’s Stirfry Grill sauce

Ingredients

Approximately 500 g ground beef or ground chicken
1 small onion
5 tbsp Breadcrumbs
2 tbsp cornstarch
Approx. 120 ml Mye’s Stirfry Grill Sauce

 
  1. Place minced onion in a bowl and mix well with cornstarch.
  2. Add meat and bread crumbs to onion and add Mye’s Stirfry Grill Sauce. Mix well with hands and then make ball a little smaller than the size of golf balls. (Approx. 15-20 balls) Preheat oven to 400 degrees while making meatballs.
  3. Line baking sheet with parchment paper, (to prevent sticking) and place meatballs on top. Bake in over for 20 minutes.

Serve with steamed rice.
