Ingredients
Approximately 500 g ground beef or ground
chicken
1 small onion
5 tbsp Breadcrumbs
2 tbsp cornstarch
Approx. 120 ml Mye’s Stirfry Grill Sauce
- Place minced onion in a bowl and mix well with cornstarch.
- Add meat and bread crumbs to onion and add Mye’s
Stirfry Grill Sauce. Mix well with hands and then make ball a little smaller
than the size of golf balls. (Approx. 15-20 balls) Preheat oven to 400
degrees while making meatballs.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper, (to prevent
sticking) and place meatballs on top. Bake in over for 20 minutes.
Serve with steamed rice.
