Ingredients
8-10 racks of pork spare ribs
150 ml Mye's Stirfry Grill Sauce
On the barbecue
- Briefly boil spare ribs in boiling water and cool. Marinate boiled
ribs in Mye’s Stirfry Grill Sauce for 2- 3 hours (marinating overnight
is even better)
- Barbecue ribs over medium heat, basting the leftover marinade with
a brush several times. Each side should be cooked for about 6-7 minutes.
In the oven
- Marinate raw spare ribs in Mye’s Stirfry Grill Sauce for 2-3 hours (if
you do not have time, marinating is not necessary)
- Heat oven to 375 degrees and bake for approximately 30 minutes, occasionally
basting with the leftover marinade.
