Barbecued or Broiled Spare Ribs

Ingredients


8-10 racks of pork spare ribs
150 ml Mye's Stirfry Grill Sauce

On the barbecue

  1. Briefly boil spare ribs in boiling water and cool. Marinate boiled ribs in Mye’s Stirfry Grill Sauce for 2- 3 hours (marinating overnight is even better)
  2. Barbecue ribs over medium heat, basting the leftover marinade with a brush several times. Each side should be cooked for about 6-7 minutes.

In the oven

  1. Marinate raw spare ribs in Mye’s Stirfry Grill Sauce for 2-3 hours (if you do not have time, marinating is not necessary)
  2. Heat oven to 375 degrees and bake for approximately 30 minutes, occasionally basting with the leftover marinade.
